What We Do
We are part of Buckinghamshire New University’s Faculty of Society and Health. ‘What we do’ is based on three key principles. They are to:
- Engage practically and effectively with regional healthcare, local communities and local businesses.
- Achieve robust knowledge transformation i.e. transfer which delivers tangible change.
- Promote ‘best practice’ across health and care provision.
What our clients say about us
Launched in 2013, the Bucks Consulting Group (BCG) is one of our principal ‘pathways’. It delivers our commitments via executive education, training and consulting. It allows external groups to access the Faculty’s innovation, its research centres and its institutes. And it enables them to meet us to discuss and address key issues and concerns.
BCG is founded on an unusual ABC Expertise. It’s a rich combination of academic rigour, business awareness and clinical expertise.
This ABC supports a five key services. We call the suite: POISE. So ‘what we do’ integrates consulting, research, executive education, training and personal coaching.
BCG is headed by the faculty’s dean of enterprise, Dr Rebecca Chandler-Wilde.
